My Pomodoro Pastyle


Pasta al Pomodoro is a very basic meal. If anyone loves Italian cuisine pasta Pomodoro must be their go-to meal. There are several different ways how to prepare this delicious meal. I would like to share with you mine.


What are you going to need for serving per person:

1 small onion
1 garlic
1/2 tomato sauce can
1/4 pasta
Parmesan
Fresh basil
Fresh oregano
Olive oil
Lemon (for decoration)



First, start cooking your pasta. Then you need to roast minced onion on a pan with a bit of olive oil. After approximately 5 minutes add minced garlic and fresh oregano leaves. Feel free to add a pinch of salt, pepper, coriander or chilli. When it's all well combined add tomato sauce and stir. After few minutes add pasta into the sauce and finish cooking it in the pan. When your pasta is al dente, add shredded parmesan and sliced fresh basil. Stir for a minute. Your pasta is now ready to be served. You can top your pasta with some more parmesan, olive oil drops or lemon juice drops. Buon appetito!
